You can prepare it sweet, savoury or simply pour water over it and enjoy 'gari soakings'.

➡️ Mix 3-4 tablespoons of gari with water or milk, add sugar, condensed milk and a few peanuts. A refreshing snack!

➡️ Serve dry or slightly moistened gari with stews, vegetables or fish - it soaks up the sauce perfectly.

🥣 Gari Fufu

➡️ Cover with boiling water, stir into a thick batter and serve with a main dish instead of rice or potatoes.
