“Green GABA” is a Taiwanese oolong made from high quality raw materials. Spring collection from the central part of the island. During production, the leaf went through a light, not deep fermentation and weak, low-temperature heating. Thanks to this, the taste turned out to be delicate, expressive and multifaceted, with a recognizable signature sourness.

Appearance. Tasting.

Appearance of tea – medium-sized “balls” of spherical twist, green-light green color. There are also small cuttings. The aroma of dry tea is juicy, deep, spicy-fruity, floral. The infusion is clean, bright, rich and transparent, golden-greenish.

The bouquet of the finished tea is juicy, fresh, bright and multifaceted, flowery-fruity, slightly herbaceous, with hints of spices, lollipops, caramel, citruses and berries. The aroma is high, penetrating, slightly sweet, floral-spicy, with fruity undertones. The taste is expressive, balanced, round and silky, with pleasant sweetness and recognizable sourness. The finish is long, refreshing, silky and juicy.

Conclusion. Impact

A wonderful tea for pleasure and enjoyment. Perfect balance of taste, aroma and condition. Long in brewing, moderately demanding of oneself.
