How to choose the right concentration of oil

We offer oils in three varieties that differ in the concentration of hemp extract. A higher concentration of oil brings with it a more intense bitterness due to its higher chlorophyll content. Some users may prefer the milder 5% variant, while others who don’t have a problem with the natural taste may opt for the 20% oil for better value for money. A medium variant with a 10% concentration is the universal choice.

Dosage and method of use

The recommended daily amount is 2-3 drops. Apply the drops under the tongue, wait 60 seconds and then swallow. The active ingredients are quickly absorbed through the mucous membranes under the tongue, ensuring a faster onset of action. If the drops are only swallowed, the effect is slower to take effect. For best results, take 30 minutes before or after a meal.
