Cha Hua Shi - Broken Silver from Yunnan
🪨S tone flower with silky nutty taste
Cha Hua Shi, which translates to "stone flower", is a rare type of shu pu'er from the Yunnan province of China. This tea is produced by a long fermentation process using the wet heap method (wo dui), which produces compact tea 'stones' known as Broken Silver - named after its resemblance to the ancient currency unit liang.
✨ The taste is dominated by a subtle bitterness that quickly transforms into velvety notes of nuts and spices, accompanied by a full, dense texture and an exceptionally rich sensory profile.
