- We accept phone orders Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Saturday and Sunday are days off. Online orders on the website are accepted 24/7.

Zasilkovna branch/locker: Delivery to Zasilkovna pickup points across Europe, usually within 2–5 business days. The recipient selects a convenient pickup point during checkout. Pricing is fixed within each country and calculated during ordering.
By Zasilkovna courier: Courier delivery by Zasilkovna in the Czech Republic and other European countries. Parcels arrive directly at the specified address within 2–5 days. The price depends on the country and parcel weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Pickup: Same-day pickup. Please confirm product availability and pickup time with the manager before you arrive. The pickup point is located at the stated address and the products are reserved after confirmation.
- If prices change, the manager will call you beforehand to let you know.
Zasilkovna cash on delivery: Cash on delivery via Zasilkovna within the Czech Republic, payable in cash or by card (if a terminal is available). Carrier fee: fixed 15 CZK + 1% of the order amount. The carrier deducts the fee upon delivery; the amount is calculated automatically.
Pay on delivery: Pay in cash or by card when picking up your order at the collection point. No extra fees. We recommend preparing the exact amount in advance.
Bank transfer: Bank transfer to the company account. After placing your order, we send the bank details and variable symbol. You can pay via online banking or QR code. Funds are credited within 1 to 24 hours depending on your bank.
EU customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with our Return Policy. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, perishable items, hygienically sealed goods that were opened, or other exceptions listed in the policy.
Send us a notice of withdrawal (email or the contact form) and return the parcel within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, we refund all payments (up to the cheapest delivery option) within 14 days using the original payment method.

- We deliver orders across Czechia via Zasilkovna branch/locker, By Zasilkovna courier, Pickup.
