This light (raw) Pu-erh comes from the cradle of Chinese tea art - Yunnan province, an area famous for its wild tea trees and thousands of years of tea processing tradition. Sheng Pu-erh (生普洱) is known for its lively, slightly astringent flavour that harmonises and deepens with age.

🫖 Preparation (for 1 serving):

• 1 teaspoon (approx. 3-5 g)

• Pour over hot water 85-90 °C

• Infuse for 15-30 seconds (first infusion), gradually increase
