Puro Decaf is a fine 100% decaffeinated Arabica, processed using the unique Mountain Water Process. The green beans are immersed in glacial water from Mexico's Pico de Orizaba volcano, where they naturally lose their caffeine but retain their oils and flavour. The result is a rich cup with notes of caramel and nuts, without the caffeine impact.

Grown by hand in the CAFEMEX region of Chiapas, Mexico, in the shade of other trees, with an emphasis on quality, Fairtrade principles and natural methods.
