How to brew

1. Heat water to 90-95 °C.

2. Add 1-2 tsp of the mixture per 200 ml.

3. Steep for 5-7 minutes, taste, and 1 minute more if necessary.

4. Serve as is or with a lemon wedge/drop of honey.
