EU customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with our Return Policy. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, perishable items, hygienically sealed goods that were opened, or other exceptions listed in the policy.
Send us a notice of withdrawal (email or the contact form) and return the parcel within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, we refund all payments (up to the cheapest delivery option) within 14 days using the original payment method.
