Cha Hua Shi, which translates as „stone flower,“ is a rare type of shu pu’er originating in the Chinese province of Yunnan. This tea is produced through a long fermentation process using the wet pile (wo dui) method, during which compact tea „stones“ are formed, known as Broken Silver – named after their similarity to the ancient currency unit liang.
