Da Hong Pao is the crown jewel of Chinese teas - a red to dark oolong with a deep history, once drunk only by emperors and monks. It comes from the mist-shrouded rocky mountains of Wuyi in Fujian province, where it grows wild on steep cliffs. Each leaf is imbued with the essence of stone, time and tradition.
