Delivery and payment
Delivery methods depend on the selected country. Change the delivery country to see options for your region.
Because current legislation requires specific document handling during delivery, standard carriers such as Zasilkovna, PPL, DPD, GLS, and similar services cannot guarantee that every required step will be completed at handover. For that reason, we work with a specialized carrier that complies with these legal requirements.
Same-day pickup. Please confirm product availability and pickup time with the manager before you arrive. The pickup point is located at the stated address and the products are reserved after confirmation.
Delivery within the Czech Republic by the specialized Messenger.cz courier service. This option is used for shipments that require recipient identification and proof of receipt at handover. The final price is calculated automatically according to the active tariff.
Under the applicable rules, the parcel can only be handed over to a recipient who is over 18 years old. At delivery, the courier records your ID number and asks for your signature to confirm receipt. If the document number and signature cannot be captured, the shipment cannot be delivered.
In most cases, the courier delivers the parcel on the next business day.
